At Sharktek Online, customer satisfaction matters to us. Please read our return and refund terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.
- Product must not be a final-sale or clearance item (such items are marked as non-returnable on the product page).
2. Non-Returnable Situations
- Item damaged due to misuse by the customer after delivery
- Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Request made after the 3-day window
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact us at sharktectonline@gmail.com or 0312-5570965 within 3 days of delivery, with your order number and photos/video of the item.
- Our team will review the request and confirm return eligibility within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send the item back.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method, or as store credit/replacement, depending on customer preference.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or wrong item was sent.
5. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video as proof.
- In such cases, we cover the return shipping cost and offer a free replacement or full refund.
6. Exchanges
- Size/variant exchanges (where applicable) can be requested within 3 days, subject to stock availability.
